How to use the life wheel audit? 

To complete the life wheel exercise, follow these steps:

  1. Draw a circle on the paper and divide it into eight sections, each representing a different aspect of your life.
  2. Label each section with a different category, such as career, relationships, health and wellness, personal growth, finances, spirituality, and any other areas that are important to you.
  3. Assign a value to each category based on your satisfaction with that area of your life. Use a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being very dissatisfied and 10 extremely satisfied.
  4. Connect the points on the circle to create a visual representation of your life wheel.
  5. Reflect on the results. Are there any areas that are significantly lower than others? What actions can you take to improve those areas? What steps can you take to maintain or increase your satisfaction in the regions that are already high?
