Juice your way to better care: Green Tonic

I was caring for my daughter with cancer. One of the things I began to do is make her juices. Some days it was the only thing she could tolerate.
 
That began our journey into juicing. We wanted to share our learnings with you. This one is called "Green Tonic". This juice gives your body anti oxidants, fiber, healthy fats, and anti-inflammatory agents.
 
INGREDIENTS
2 cups spinach
1/2 pc avocado
2 small apples
2 small broccoli florets
1/4 of lemon
A dash of ginger
A dash of fresh turmeric
Half a liter of apple juice/coconut water/ water
 
Instructions
Blend the spinach and broccoli with coconut water in the blender and then add avocado and further blend it. After that run the mixture by adding 2 finely cut apples, a pc of lemon, ginger and turmeric in a juicer.
 
You could add some honey if you need to sweeten it further.
 
This results in a thick healthy juice and then you could add some ice in a glass if you require.
